I hired Andes Pizza to cater our yearly employee appreciation party and and I would HIGHLY recommend them. Facundo was great to work with- timely responses, very friendly, and quick to accommodate my needs. Not only was the food amazing, but the service and staff was awesome. All the food came out quickly and on time--I was very impressed.
I know pizza and so I was hesitant to try it out as this was a mobile oven operation.... one would never think that such great pizza was possible. But everyone were raving about the antipasto and then the pizza. The pizzas are true artisan pizzas and they are absolutely delicious.
They play with some unexpected flavors and textures that really work. All the ingredients are made from scratch. I was very impressed with the fuggacetta as I am not the biggest onion fan, yet, this was an extraordinary delight. The Crust was perfect, grilled onions, mozzarella, olive oil, oregano! Mamma Mia! I AM NOT PICKY... but then, I am a picky pizza eater and having eaten pizza in New York, Chicago, Florence, Palermo, Milan... I have to say, these were some of the tastiest pizzas I've ever had.
What a nice surprise. I hope they open a permanent location besides their catering.

An extraordinary culinary experience! I keep a very short, select list of caterers on my Preferred Vendors list, and Andes Pizza just made the cut. Facundo Ponce was punctual, professional, swift and made the best pizzas! His attention to details was very impressive. I will recommend him over and over. Keep up the great work, Facundo!

Fantastic experience! Facundo was amazing to work with - totally seamless and the pizza was delicious! It's near impossible to find that combination of someone who is responsive, totally reliable, reasonably priced, makes fantastic food, has a beautiful set up and cleans up impeccably - but here he is.
We were in a bit of a bind for a birthday celebration and Facundo came to our rescue. He showed up as promised and began warming the pizza oven. He required nothing of us other than a place to park. A few friends arrived early and noted just how lovely his set up is - tables, table cloths, beautiful displays for the wonderful pizzas. He had absolutely every detail dialed in. The garlic flatbreads were ready on exactly the right timeline and then the pizzas started... wow. All of the pizzas were delish. Facundo, as promised, was able to meet all requests (Vegan, no peppers etc etc) for our group and he even helped the birthday boy put on an apron and make his own pizza - start to finish. What a wonderful surprise. He also, literally, left no trace. There wasn't a single sign that there was a full wood-fired oven pizza in our front yard last night. All we needed to provide was a garbage receptacle, drinks & dessert. He did EVERYTHING else, was so easy to communicate with and a very nice presence at the party.
Really, truly can not say enough good things. We would hire Facundo again and can heartily recommend Andes Pizza without any hesitation whatsoever.
