Choose your FlavorsAll our dishes are cooked in our traditional oven that can cook pizzas in 90 seconds, in addition to traditional wood fire pizzas we have cast iron recepies in a slow cooked process that it will make our meats melt in your palate. Menus are set for 20+ people. Our pizzas recipes are traditionally from Argentina, you won't find anything like it! We are the only cater that brings the Argentina pizza taste to your home with out the necessity of traveling.

Chicken
Free range chicken cooked with seasonal veggies and spices. This dish takes about two hours of slow cooking, perfect for the winter season. The chicken will emerge with all the flavors giving it that reach flavor and tenderness. This includes a Salad + Main curse.


Ribs
Enjoy the tenderness of the ribs served with potatoes, pearl onions and sweet bell peppers. We cook the ribs in the slow cooking tradition, we don't rush perfection, that's why this delicate dish can take up to two hours of slow cooking. This includes a Salad + Main curse.


Lamb Al Asador
Our family tradition revolves around fire, which is why we proudly present to you a whole lamb cooked slowly over an open flame for nearly nine hours. This time-honored technique of cooking has been handed down through generations in our family. To complement the succulent lamb, we will serve it with a side of roasted vegetables cooked over charcoal, allowing the juices of the lamb to infuse all the flavors of the veggies.

Mix Organic springs, Almonds, Strawberries, Cherry Tomatoes and a balsamic strawberry reduction dressing.
